Development - New York City
XNV Properties is currently involved in the development of a condominium project in Boerum Hill.
A 4- family townhouse located at 371 Baltic Street was acquired in May 2014. XNV Properties plans to convert the Property into a 4-story high-end residential condominium building consisting of 4 condominium units, all with significant outdoor space. The Property is centrally located in Brooklyn and will boast wide floor plates, high ceiling heights and abundant air and light with three exposures. The completed structure will feature floor through large family-sized units with respect to Brooklyn, oversized modern windows and rich finishes.
More information will be available upon completion of significant steps of the project.
