This is a gut renovation and horizontal enlargement project for a property acquired in 2014. Construction work started in the spring of 2015 and was completed 14 months later. The building was originally set-up as multi-family with 5 units and was delivered vacant. Its zoning allowed for the addition of 1,000 square feet and its Certificate of Occupancy has been amended to accommodate 6 units. It is now a mix of 2 bedroom/1 bathroom units (3 of them) and 3 bedroom/2 bathroom units (3 of them) that are all rented out.
